The hot tub was nice but the plug was broken so you had to hold it in place. In the bathroom we got 1 small soap, 2 shampoos and a bodywash that didnt lather. She gave just 2 sheets and said a person from house keeping will bring me a pillow.
Ended up going downstairs to be greeted by a staff member at the front desk in PJ pants. At 930pm I called every department and no one picked up. Everything was fine until we needed sheets and pillow for pullout bed. Wine fridge, microwave, dining table, living room, big bedroom with great bathroom. Our room was on the top floor and it was what I was hoping for. Check in took a while, but it was 4:00 on a Saturday and there was 5 people at the desk. I understand there is a staff shortage and its understandable but. First thing you notice is how loud the first floor is, I love that it is now a full family place with arcade, mini golf ect but the music is just so loud.
